Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship cuttings with GLS only on Mondays and Tuesdays so that the plants do not sit at the shipping provider over the weekend. For Austria and Germany, we advise against GLS shipping, as the long delivery times often mean a lot of stress for the plants.

For express shipping, the following applies:

Cuttings shipped with express shipping (DE, AT only) often arrive at your doorstep the next day between 8:00 and 12:00, provided we have the goods in stock at our shop and the order is placed by 12:00. We ship Monday through Thursday.

Should the variety you ordered exceptionally not be in stock, we will contact you immediately. In this case, we will ship no later than the following week. Excluded from this are varieties that were ordered with a stock level of 0, as the waiting time can vary and this will be displayed in a large yellow window when ordering.
