Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship cuttings with GLS only on Mondays and Tuesdays, so that the plants do not sit with the shipping service provider over the weekend. For Austria and Germany, we advise against GLS shipping, as the long delivery times often mean a lot of stress for the plants.

For express shipping:

Cuttings shipped with express shipping (DE, AT only) often arrive on the next day between 8:00 and 12:00, provided we have the goods in stock at our shop and the order is placed by 12:00. We ship Monday to Thursday.

Should the variety you ordered not be in stock, we will contact you immediately. In this case, we will ship no later than the following week. Exceptions are varieties that were ordered with a stock level of 0; in these cases, the waiting time may vary, which will be displayed in a large yellow window when ordering.
