Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship cuttings with GLS only on Mondays and Tuesdays so that the plants are not left with the shipping service provider over the weekend. For Austria and Germany, we advise against GLS shipping, as the long delivery times often mean a lot of stress for the plants.

With express shipping:

Cuttings sent with express shipping (DE, AT only) often arrive at your location as early as the next day between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, provided that we have the goods in stock at our shop and the order is placed by 12:00 PM. We ship Monday through Thursday.

Should the variety you ordered not be in stock exceptionally, we will contact you immediately. In this case, we will ship no later than the following week. Exempt from this are varieties that were ordered with a stock level of 0, as the waiting time can vary, which will be displayed in a large yellow window when ordering.
