Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We only ship cuttings with GLS on Mondays and Tuesdays, so that the plants do not sit with the shipping service provider over the weekend. For Austria and Germany, we advise against GLS shipping, as the long delivery times often mean a lot of stress for the plants.

With express shipping:

Cuttings shipped with express shipping (DE, AT only) often arrive the next day between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, provided we have the goods in stock in our shop and the order is placed by 12:00 PM. We ship Monday to Thursday

Should the variety you ordered exceptionally not be in stock, we will contact you immediately. In this case, we will ship no later than the following week. Excluded from this are varieties ordered with a stock level of 0, as the waiting time can vary, which will be displayed in a large yellow window when ordering.
